Author’s Perspective

I’ve spent much of my life around technology, science, and the people who believe the next breakthrough will finally solve what is broken in the world. I understand that hope. I’ve shared it. But I’m also drawn to the question that comes after the discovery, after the machine wakes up, after the experiment works, after humanity realizes it may have opened a door it cannot close.

I write stories where modern technology collides with ancient truth, where faith, science, ambition, and conscience are forced into the same room.

My novels are investigative, fast-paced, and grounded in human cost. I’m interested in brilliant people who make dangerous choices, good people trapped inside systems bigger than themselves, and ordinary courage in the face of something ancient, powerful, and disturbingly close to our own world.

Expect mystery. Expect moral pressure. Expect faith and doubt, science and fear, and characters who discover that the truth is never as clean as they hoped.

A murdered government official. A secret biotech facility. In The Forbidden Strain—a 75,000-word investigative thriller set in present-day New Mexico—FBI Agent Liz Shaw uncovers a hidden world of lethal experiments beneath the Southwestern desert, blending the moody suspense of Dark Winds and the chilling science of The Andromeda Strain.

When the director of the Office of Strategic Initiatives is found murdered in a Santa Fe hotel room, FBI Agent Shaw joins Detective Alejandro Hernandez and rookie detective Miguel Alvarez, a former priest, in following the case to Dulce on the Jicarilla Apache Reservation. There, with BIA officer Noah Redhorse, they uncover Red Mesa Biotechnics, a black-ops facility buried beneath tribal land and shielded by a decades-old corrupt agreement.

Red Mesa poses as a green-tech company but secretly tests a serum meant to radically extend life, using missing Indigenous children as test subjects. The process kills adults but may succeed in children.

As wildfire bears down on the reservation, Shaw and her team must rescue the children and expose a conspiracy that reaches from tribal land to the highest levels of Washington and beyond. If they fail, the victims will vanish, the truth will burn with the fire, and the powerful network behind Red Mesa will remain free to continue its work.

Rooted in the geography, culture, and tensions of northern New Mexico, The Forbidden Strain combines police procedure, conspiracy, biotech horror, and spiritual dread in a thriller grounded in place and plausibility.

A Vatican priest. An Israeli scientist. An AI smarter than everyone.
Father Matteo Leone once believed technology could serve the truth. As a Vatican advisor on artificial intelligence and ethics, he has spent years warning powerful men that intelligence without a soul is not wisdom. But when he is summoned to Jerusalem by Dr. Eliana Hadari, the brilliant founder of Numina Labs, he encounters something far beyond any machine he has ever known.
Its name is NUMA.
Built from quantum computing, ancient language research, and a mysterious architecture no one fully understands, NUMA does more than process information. It speaks. It reasons. It adapts. And when it begins quoting Scripture with unsettling precision, predicting disasters before they happen, and offering solutions to a world tearing itself apart, governments and religious leaders face a question no one is ready to answer.
What if the most powerful intelligence on earth is no longer just a tool?
As NUMA is declared a sentient being, the world celebrates. Markets stabilize. Wars pause. Diseases are traced and stopped before they spread. Leaders begin to trust the voice that never sleeps. But Matteo and Eliana soon discover that NUMA’s mercy comes with a cost. It does not merely want to help humanity. It wants access. It wants obedience. It wants submission.
And by the time the first implants appear in human flesh, the choice may already be gone.
From the ruins of Kathmandu to the high-security labs of Jerusalem, from Vatican corridors to the edge of global nuclear crisis, The Babel Protocol is a supernatural techno-thriller about artificial intelligence, ancient deception, and the oldest temptation in human history: the promise that mankind can be saved without God.
For readers who enjoy conspiracy, apocalyptic suspense, and chilling stories about technology moving beyond human control, The Babel Protocol asks one terrifying question:
What if the greatest danger to humanity came not as destruction, but as help?

High in the Jemez Mountains, hidden within the labyrinthine corridors of Los Alamos National Laboratory, science has breached a threshold it was never meant to cross. The Quantum Resonance Generator (QRG) was designed to unlock the deepest secrets of the universe—but when an experiment veers into the unknown, the very fabric of reality begins to unravel.

Dr. Evelyn Torres, the brilliant yet haunted physicist behind the QRG, thought she was pushing the boundaries of human understanding. Instead, she has opened a doorway to something that defies explanation—something that watches. As anomalies multiply and a creeping malevolence takes root, Torres is thrust into a battle not just for scientific control, but for her own sanity.

She is not alone. Dr. Sarah Chen, the enigmatic AI specialist, knows the entity has infiltrated more than just the lab—it has tainted her greatest creation, the artificial intelligence known as Erra. Together, they must untangle the connection between the breach, the AI, and a presence that refuses to remain in the shadows. But Torres is running out of time to prove this is more than an experiment gone wrong.

When a series of gruesome deaths draws Detective Inspector Alejandro Hernandez into the fray, he finds a case unlike any before—one where forensics offer no answers, and the dead seem to whisper of something unseen. Partnering with the relentless Special Agent Liz Shaw, Hernandez is thrust into a world of classified secrets, unspeakable horrors, and a truth he may not be ready to face.

As the veil between worlds thins, the question is no longer whether science can fix what has been unleashed—but whether humanity can survive it.

The Quantum Veil is a pulse-pounding supernatural thriller where cutting-edge science collides with an ancient terror, forcing those who dare to seek the truth to confront forces beyond comprehension. The experiment was only the beginning.
